We welcome you to Experience Meadville with the Meadville Independent Business Alliance (MIBA)! We are a group of local and independent businesses in the Meadville, PA area that organize fun and family-friendly shop local events. Experience the cool vibe of downtown Meadville during our monthly First Friday events. A casual atmosphere features art, people-watching, mingling with friends, shopping, and dining. First Friday goers will experience after-hours access to galleries and shops, live music and entertainment when weather permits, retail and restaurant specials, and more. Be sure to view our upcoming or roster of First Friday event themes that turn an evening into a festive experience!

In Downtown Meadville
We invite you to join us downtown on the first Friday of each month, from 5-8pm, for special themed events hosted by MIBA businesses. Past Events have included a 0.5K race, Art, Cookie, and Witch Walks, Ugly Sweater Parties, Night of Giving, and Merry Meadville, our annual downtown Holiday Celebration!
